New paradigm - my approach
I’m Daiji Kimura, AI and software builder with over a decade of experience in technology and software development.
Although I come from the tech services sector, I believe the industry is broken. Traditional contractors and consultants often optimize for selling more hours rather than rapid delivery and value maximization. While client companies aim for efficient and cost-effective outcomes, standard delivery models often create friction and inefficiencies that slow progress or even prove fatal to a business. I have seen dozens of such instances during my career.
After all those years, I chose to do things differently.
Today, I run my own business to augment client teams and co-own product outcomes. Being my own boss allows me to create an environment that reflects my core values. Alongside a trusted network of AI and tech professionals, I guide, educate, and co-build high-impact projects. From strategy and training to full implementation, we focus on:
